Refund policy

If there is a mistake with your order or a flaw in the fabric, please contact us right away. We will make it right!

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for books, patterns, cut fabric, otherwise customized products.

We will accept returns on other items within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Returned items will be accepted only in new condition and with a receipt. To arrange a return please contact hello@mysticthimble.com .
